My Approach

Through a personalized approach, we will assess your overall health, identifying areas that may be out of balance, such as healthy eating, exercise, stress management, sleep, relationships, career, and home environment.

My approach is collaborative. We focus on creating an action plan that aligns with your goals and is sustainable. We work on crowding out what isn’t serving you and incorporating those healthy elements that you love and that bring you joy.

I support you as your accountability partner, both during and between our sessions. This helps create momentum, encouragement, support, and accountability to achieve your goals and create new sustainable habits.

We are all at different points in our journeys, and no starting point is the same. We establish a baseline together, which might include your desire to learn more about balanced eating habits or optimizing your microbiome and gut-brain connection.

After each session, you’ll receive a recap with notes and action items based on our discussion. This will provide you with clear steps to move toward your health and wellness goals.

Our coaching sessions go beyond diet and exercise, exploring other crucial pillars of health such as sleep, stress management, community, and your home environment. We delve deep into your unique bio-individual needs, recognizing the interconnectedness of various aspects of your life.
